Rosewood Private Investments Announces Eagle Fire’s Acquisitions of Liberty Fire and Pro-Tec

October 23rd, 2023 | Dallas, TX – Rosewood Private Investments’ (“RPI”) portfolio company, Eagle Fire Inc. (“Eagle Fire”), is pleased to announce the acquisitions of Liberty Fire Solutions (“Liberty”) and Pro-Tec Fire Solutions (“Pro-Tec”).

Pro-Tec is a Virginia-based fire protection company focused on service and inspection of fire protection equipment in Southwest and Central Virginia.
